The Scoliosis Balance Collective
The Scoliosis Balance Collective is a group of two practitioners. We focus on yoga, Pilates and physical therapy to teach body awareness, and self-management for scoliosis and other back and body challenges. All of us have unique bodies needing personalized attention and education to develop efficient movement patterns and break old habits. Our goal is to integrate several movement modalities to safely give you support and guidance and help you develop tools to move with greater ease.
